Overall Purpose of Role
To provide professional resourcing support to the network whilst at the same time maintaining various administrative processes including sign off, recruitment advertising and direct sourcing of applicants. This role will support the business in removing agency resource for PAYE with robust screening (ensuring vetting taken into account) and selection and engagement through to start date.
Responsible for setting up and managing recruitment adverts on all appropriate mediums and processing the response in a timely and efficient manner.
.Assist with recruitment events to ensure maximum response possible and liaise directly with various external parties including but not limited to jobcentres, local colleges and other external parties.
.Be able to give first line advice on recruitment processes, methodologies, agency usage and any other resourcing related issues.
.Proactively support hiring managers with sourcing and telephone screening candidates against specific criteria.
.Support with face to face interviews to enable a shortlist of suitable candidates to be presented to hiring managers.
Partner with the People Services Administrators and vetting team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer acceptance and vetting through to confirmed start with DX.
.Administer and maintain relevant applicant tracking system and any other related systems
.Reduce reliance on agency workers in the network to ensure a more stable workforce.
.Coach/ train the managers to take ownership of their recruitment in the future.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
.Ability to manage and organise work loads effectively, to meet deadlines.
.Previous experience of direct sourcing of applicants and managing those applicants through the recruitment process to a positive outcome.
.Be Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
.Good coordination skills for a variety of administrative tasks
.Previous experience of working within an HR/Recruitment function
.Be able to provide great customer service through building effective relationships across the site.
.Be a strong team player
.Ability to work on own initiative whilst at the same time being an effective team member
.Experience of a fast paced target driven environment essential
.Enjoyment of administrative based tasks with a natural desire to streamline processes
