To support their continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced resourcing manager to lead the activity of future resourcing strategy. This will involve establishing and developing a dialogue and relationship with senior management and other HR Business Partners to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organisational challenges and leading on the activity to translate the resourcing requirements and Talent Management information developed by the Learning and Development Team into achievable resource plans.
You will in collaboration with HR colleagues develop a resourcing strategy and innovative, timely and cost effective best practice solutions to enable the organisation to meet its objectives. You will then be responsible for delivering this strategy through a PSL and direct attraction methods and you will take the lead on coaching managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes
To succeed in this role you will be an proactive, pragmatic and creative resourcing professional with in-house experience of delivering credible, customer focused, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions using a range of techniques.
This role is offered on a 3 year Fixed Term Contract
