They are looking for an exceptional Resourcing Manager who is able to balance both strategic and operational duties alongside management of a recruitment team on both project and day-to-day activities. Working closely with the HR team, this person will be responsible for delivering a first-class recruitment service as well as building solid relationships across the business. The Resourcing Manager develops and delivers a graduate focussed resourcing strategy which will support recruitment for current roles whilst creating a high quality talent pipeline for future vacancies across the business. The successful candidate will support the wider talent function by managing projects and developing long term planning as well as reacting to the day-to-day needs of the team and the business. This person will oversee day-to-day line management of 4 other team members and provide clear direction on both short and long term projects. The Resourcing Manager will be communicating at a senior level with managers across the business and will need to be able to influence decisions and make pivotal commercial decisions. Candidates should have solid experience of working in a similar role and of line managing a team. This is a fast-moving and accelerated industry so candidates will need to be adaptable, decisive and naturally strategic in their approach to recruitment. The ideal candidate will come from a retail or media background and will have experience of recruiting talent from graduate sources. Previous UK based experience is essential and a working knowledge of the challenges that are faced in a highly dynamic environment is essential.
