Our client, an innovative and thriving foundation who are not privately owned and not government funded, is seeking to recruit a Recruitment Manager / Resourcing Partner to join their evolving and developing HR Team.
This is a newly created role, within a newly created structure. The focus will be to undertake the generalist recruitment across the business, look after and take responsibility for the graduate development scheme. It is critical that the successful individual has experience of developing and introducing an ATS (applicant tracking system) as well as demonstrable skill in competency interviewing and candidate assessment tools / process (e.g. psychometric or similar).
Other areas of focus would be involvement around talent management, employer branding, social media as well as being a true partner to the business, so the understanding of metrics i.e. trends, absence, psl's succession planning etc will all be key to the success of this exciting new role.
This role will report into the Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR and will be supported by the HR & recruitment administrators. This role will suit someone looking to develop their generalist HR skill and / or has done this previously.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of in-house recruitment within a professional services commercial business. Previous experience of start-ups or Greenfield sites would be hugely advantageous.
