Resourcing Specialist We are looking to add an additional Recruiter/Resourcing Specialist to join Hudson RPO with our client Molson Coors on-site in the award winning recruitment team based in Burton-on-Trent! Molson Coors Brewing Company are an incredible client to work with and not just because they have some of the country's biggest alcoholic beverage brands, including Rekorderlig, Carling, Cobra, and Coors Light to name just a few! This role is an amazing opportunity to join a high performing, award winning Resourcing function that truly partners with the business as well as giving you fantastic development opportunities. The Role: The role of a Hudson RPO Recruiter is to truly business partner with specific business area to deliver sustainable and measurable results when it comes to cost, time and quality of hires through effective sourcing, pipeline & forecasting activity. Full ownership & vacancy management of the entire recruitment lifecycle from role brief to advert writing, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, general recruitment administration or reporting, offer and negotiationDirect sourcing (Headhunting, X- ray, Boolean, Job boards, database, referrals etc.), assessment, and selection for roles within specific commercial/sales business areasAgree and execute resourcing plans in line with agreed targets and service level agreements.Work closely with hiring managers to assess both current and future requirements to maximise resources and minimise the time vacancies are open through active talent/pipelining activity.Deliver and innovate around key EVP projects & value add activities About You: We are looking for someone with some really solid recruitment experience; this could be either in house / RPO / agency - we don't mind! What is essential is that you really know your stuff when it comes to the most effective direct sourcing techniques, vacancy management & building effective and collaborative business partnering relationships.
