A new opportunity has arisen in a well known international telecommunications retailer. Currently 180,000 employees work for this leading provider in 800 stores globally.
They currently have a new opportunity for Reward Consultant to join the West London offices to provide support and advice to the business and oversee the development and management of reward practice throughout their UK and European business.

You will focus on the development and review of all aspects of Total reward across the European and UK function. You will work on reward projects and processes as a direct report for the Head of Rewards. You will also be responsible to review and develop a range of USP offers that employees with love.

Suitable candidates will have significant reward and benefits experience within a multi-matrixed environment and must have gained reward experience within Europe. You will have strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and the ability to analyse and present complex data.
