Reward Manager - 60k-90k Potential - West London
AnnaPurna HR is very proud to be collaberating with an established Financial Services client who are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join their company on a permanent basis. Ideally the successful candidate will have extensive exposure to the financial services culture. My client is happy to consider Reward Professionals who have previously worked for large matrix organiations but who are now looking to take control of a smaller organisation but have the whole remit of Reward to develop and lead.
Key deliverables for the role:
Working with the HR team to accurately maintain current and up to date remuneration data.
Leading the administration of quarterly bonus reviews and annual salary/promotion reviews by providing effective support to the Remuneration committee and Board of Directors.
Managing the quarterly share dealing for buy, sell and exercise of options.
Providing guidance and advice to Recruitment team with regards to remuneration for new employees and pending offers.
Preparing timely accurate detailed progress reports and analysis for Management Information.
Liaising with external pension,insurance and taxation advisors for UK and overseas offices as required.
Sharing specialist knowledge with the business.
Proven experience of remuneration management, within a regulated environment
Advanced excel and spreadsheet competency.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Ability to engage with Board Directors
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
