Location: Coventry Contract length: Permanent although will consider interim candidates Contract hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 5.30 Friday 9.00 - 4.30 Salary: 45,000 to 60,000 Duties will include (but not limited to): * Leading on the design and implementation of new and existing reward initiatives * Delivering the annual and interim pay review processes * Providing reward advice and direction to senior management and the HR team * Leading on senior performance and remuneration review and merit pay processes, ensuring consistency of application across the business * Responsible for providing data and analysis relating to market and sector remuneration and positioning to facilitate annual and interim salary reviews, planning, modelling and considering any legal implications of reward * Undertaking market analysis and benchmarking to ensure correct levels of pay and to maintain competitiveness * Developing and updating reward policies to ensure these are kept in line with the market practice and legislation * Supporting the global initiative by developing international reward policies * Assisting the Remuneration Committee and the Director of HR on all aspects of the reward, including performance management schemes and the annual remuneration reviews * Managing key external providers' relationships at a senior level, continually driving enhanced value from all contracts and ensuring a quality service is delivered to the organisation * Leading and managing key projects and initiatives either internally or externally related to reward and remuneration * Providing a pragmatic, customer focused and commercially grounded reward service, including support and advice to staff, employees, managers, and HR teams on all compensation matters The successful candidate must have experience of in Reward, be commercially focused and preferably from a private sector background, although the client is willing to consider strong public sector options.
