About the roleBalfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Partner to join our Enabling Functions team to work in London.What you'll be doingAs, Reward Partner, you will: Provide project leadership and expert advice across the broad spectrum of UK reward activitiesImplement the grading and job evaluation process interfacing with line managers and HRBPs on the outcomeOwn the production of job market data and understand its link into the reward framework and strategyProduce data, including the submission of salary survey data for analysis, and market comparison purposes, for all areas of rewardProvide data input, testing and reporting in the compensation and benefits HR system Who we're looking forYou will have: Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skillsThe ability to work in a complex challenging and sensitive environmentExperience in project managing initiatives using project methodology, and experience of process improvement and driving optimum efficiencyA proficiency in/experience using HR Information SystemsThe ability to build relationships with all levels of seniority and be a point of contact for internal and external contacts Why work for usDay in, day out, our teams deliver amazing projects in challenging conditions; developing, managing and maintaining the vital infrastructure and public spaces that modern economies, societies and communities rely on.About usBalfour Beatty's Enabling Functions includes our centralised HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Health & Safety, Sustainability and Comms teams.
