The role of a Recruitment Consultant in our business is both rewarding and challenging, it requires individuals who are capable balancing a hectic workload and targets with the challenges of dealing with changing priorities - Working within a close team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for their own time and task management - in a role that will see them deliver staffing solutions for our existing and prospective client base. We work in an environment where "delivering" the best possible, on-time solution to a client always ranks as the highest priority - this approach will help and maximise the rewards and bonuses available to the successful job holder. This role is split between business development and maintaining existing relationships and requires a targeted approach to developing new opening and relationships. Your strong communication ability and natural confidence will help you engage our existing and prospective clients with the aim of developing accounts . After training you will be encouraged met new and existing clients, and also to interview and evaluate candidates suitability - so ones own personal presentation, and how you see, and are seen by others, is a major factor too. We believe that it is likely that you will come from an existing Sales, Customer Service or Account/Business Development role - but you should certainly feel ready to step up to this B2B Sales opportunity where your "people-skills" and determination will be the things that will see you succeed and flourish!
