SAP HR Solution Architect, Berkshire, £60,000-65,000
My client, a global organisation and market leader in its field, is currently recruiting for a SAP HR Solution Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a very exciting opportunity to help define and design the structure of the company's HR systems. You will also be joining the business as they start to embark on a full HR system transformation and implementation of a new cloud based HR system and so will be heavily involved in this as well.
The best suited candidate for the role will have a strong background working with SAP HR and ideally will have some SuccessFactors experience. They will have experience working in a design and delivery capacity with the system looking at everything from data migration and testing to HR processes and documentation. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of the integrations between SAP and other HR or third party systems, as well as of new technologies like Fiori/UI5/Neptune. As well as having a strong technical understanding of the capabilities of SAP HR, they will also be comfortable managing third party suppliers and vendors internationally.
