I am currently working with a well known brand within Berkshire to recruit a dynamic Search Resourcing Partner to join them for an initial 6 month assignment.

It is essential you have a background and experience of managing senior search campaigns and executive resourcing.

This is an exciting and great opportunity where you will be involved in managing external supplier relationships; providing feedback, streamlining process etc.

Being an important and a valued source of finding talent, someone with proven experience of attracting talent and building a pipeline of candidates is essential.

You will lead and be involved with some very high end, high profile recruitment campaigns dealing with senior board members, and truly partnering with them to deliver the highest standard of candidates

Ad-hoc projects within the recruitment team to strengthen the brand, stream line ways of working and making the recruitment function recognised externally for being leading edge and a great place to work

Will suit someone who has a search background from a well recognised business either inhouse or agency who has a stable career background looking for their next challenge.
