A leading consultancy firm are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Consultant to join the Retail Banking team.

The successful candidate will either have experience within a major consultancy or with experience across a number of blue chip firms. Additionally it is key that the applicant has an in depth knowledge of banking operations and n-depth knowledge and experience of delivering change programmes including one or more of: behavioural change, leadership, communications and engagement, learning and development, benefit realisation
