A leading consultancy firm are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Change Consultant to join the capital markets team.

The successful candidate will either have experience within a major consultancy or with experience across a number of blue chip firms. The candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of capital markets operations.

Additionally an n-depth knowledge and experience of delivering change programmes including one or more of: behavioural change, leadership, communications and engagement, learning and development, benefit realisation.
