Are you an experienced Graduate Recruitment Advisor looking to join a firm where your input and ideas are really valued? Our client, located in a truly stunning City location, is one of the most prestigious and successful US law firms. They now have an opening for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their friendly, close-knit and lively team and take responsibility for the Graduate Recruitment and Development programme for the London office. Reporting into the Associate Director, key responsibilities for the Graduate Recruitment Advisor will include promoting the firm on-campus in the UK; overseeing the design of marketing materials; managing relationships with the firm's target universities; reviewing Graduate applications; overseeing trainees through their training contract; managing the trainee seat rotations; developing the induction programme for Summer Associates; and coordination of the US Graduate programme. The successful candidate for this Graduate Recruitment Advisor position must have strong Graduate Recruitment experience (from a Law firm or Professional Services firm. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You need to be a good team player and have the ability to manage a busy workload to tight deadlines. Energy, drive and a passion for Graduate Recruitment are essential!
