Description
With excellent tube links and newly re-furbished offices in Central London, our client is a rapidly expanding and successful organisation within the charitable/ non-profit sector.
Due to their expansion they have a brand new role to report to the Head of HR and support all Head Office staff. Areas will include disciplinary, grievance, capability, change management and offering accurate employee relations advice and support. This exciting generalist role also offers the opportunity to be involved in systems implementation and developing effective internal HR processes.
The essential requirements for the role include membership of the CIPD, previous experience of supporting managers with all aspects of HR, working knowledge of up to date HR legislation and well developed communication skills. A background in a charitable/ non-profit organisation would be an advantage.
