My client a leading Professional Services provider currently seeks an experienced Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of an established HR team and report directly into the Group Head of HR. Ideally you will be fully CIPD qualified and must have experience of working within a multinational company.

Your duties will include:
· Providing HR advice and operational support to the London office
· Assist with the planning and implementation of the performance management process
· Handle disciplinaries and grievances
· Recruitment up to senior management
· Compliance reporting
· Ensure the employment handbook it up to date

Current knowledge and experience must include:
· Educated to degree level and CIPD Qualified
· Organised and able to prioritises work load
· Significant resourcing experience including assessment
· Gained experience in a first level "business partner2 capacity
· Project management experience
· Experience of managing a team
