· Employee relations activities
· Designing and implementing HR policies & procedures.
· Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and managing key relationships within the business.
· Managing Performance management policies and processes
· Working with the HR team to provide a coordinated and pragmatic service.
· Management of recruitment process and all relevant support
