I am currently seeking an experienced HR professional for a new opportunity with a large organisation in Cumbria. The ideal profile would be of someone with a background of providing HR support into the Financial Services sector and who is currently operating as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager who holds a Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification. Reporting into the HR Director you will be a HR generalist who enjoys working operationally. Line management will not be a requirement of this role allowing the individual to focus on developing relationships across the organisation and delivering results.There will be an element of project work within the role. Therefore practical experience and delivery of Learning & Development topics is desirable, including developing training plans, talent management and succession planning. Equally knowledge of job evaluation, career structuring and job families is also advantageous. This is a multi-site organisation with growth ambitions and a clear alignment of the people strategy to that of the business plan. A relocation package is available in order to secure the right person.
