Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: London

Position: Fixed Term Contact for 14 months

Interested in a new Senior HR Business Partner role on a fixed term contract?

Main responsibilities will include:

• To advise senior managers on HR issues
• Helping with the development of the business
• Provide support to the company in order for them to meet their targets
• Markets - Brings insights from a strong commercial focus on the marketplace, to include specific market dynamics impacting on the business and people strategy in their area, and uses this to inform thinking and decision making
• Clients - Develops strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders; brings insight and challenges to get to the heart of the matter
• Travel to other sites will be required.

The Successful Candidate:

• CIPD Qualified or equivalent
• Psychometric qualifications would be desirable
• Experience working in professional services
