Description
Senior HR Business Partner, Horsham, West Sussex.
My well known and global client is currently recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their well established team on a permanent basis, to help drive the implementation and development of human resource strategies to meet the requirements of the business.
Main duties of the role include:
- Responsible for the delivery of specific HR functions as identified with the HR Associate Director, examples are Communication, HR Policies and Processes, Coaching and Occupational Health
- To effectively implement policies and procedures to meet current legislation requirements together with the business strategy
- Deputising as required for the HR Associate Director in their absence. This will include presentations at Senior Management Meetings
- Required to participate and lead where appropriate, Divisional and / or UK projects
- To provide advice and guidance at senior level on all employment law/relation issues
- Working across the business to develop and implement HR, training and development strategies to meet the business needs and contribute to the strategic direction by identifying and implementing agreed objectives
- Working with the HR transactional function to assist Managers in managing and monitoring absence including persistent and long term sickness absence issues.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, have strong experience in developing and implementing HR and employee relations policies and practices and an ability to lead teams to drive results. They will also come from a business partnering or advisory/consulting role and have a thorough understanding of employment legislation.
