A well know retail brand are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their business, with responsibility for stores across Ireland. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with Regional Managers to understand business needs, and develop HR processes and policy to support the growth of the business. You will also support the business through a large-scale business change programme, working with Managers to ensure align policies and processes and to monitor employee engagement. Suitable candidates will have a solid background in generalist HR, with proven experience of building strong business relationships and the ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen. Candidates must have gained experience within a retail environment. You will ideally be educated to degree level and CIPD qualified with an understanding of Irish employment legislation.
