A Senior HR Business Partner is required for a role based in Wiltshire to lead a team of HR Business Partners in delivering key business initiatives. This is a strategic role that requires an individual to drive through the HR Operating Model in accordance with the wider business plan. Key accountabilities for you and your team will include:
