Reporting to the Group HR Director, this is an exciting prospect for a driven, energetic and personally effective Senior HR Professional with a proven strategic and operational background who will approach the role with a focus on delivering results through defining and implementing a robust and inspirational agenda. You will be highly visible, able to influence and shape the business to achieve results and make your mark. By building credible relationships at a board-level you will drive cultural change and be a significant part of my client's success story.

This is a high-profile role that requires an ambitious, motivational leader with exceptional commercial awareness coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with volatility in a high transaction environment. You must also possess drive and the ability to progress quickly to the highest level in this fast moving business. The successful candidate will have experience working within a multi-site, unionised environment, ideally from a business where people & service are the key focus.
