Senior HR Manager - 6 month contract 300 per day, 3 days per week South West London Location Are you looking for a position where your input and experience will truly add value to an innovative and progressive tech company? You could be their first Senior HR Manager, on a contract to help create and implement the people strategy in this vibrant and dynamic company. Your main focus will be split into two parts initially, HR and Technical recruitment. On a daily basis you will be: Reviewing, improving and creating policies and proceduresAdvising on all HR processes, ER issues and HR legalitiesAttracting the top tech talent, creating a strong talent pool and proactively sourcing for quality candidatesProcessing reviews and implementation Ideally you will have strong HR generalist skills with significant tech recruitment experience and come from a start up which has experienced very fast growth. You will need to be able to understand the challenges which come from volume recruitment and develop strategies to help deliver business goals.
