Senior HR Manager (12 months interim)
Surrey/London City
£55-60,000 plus bonus + benefits

An exceptional opportunity has arisen (maternity cover) for a dynamic and hands on operational generalist to cover a complex and rapidly growing commercial business.

As the Senior HR Manager for this part of the group, you will use your solid experience in TUPE, change and re-structuring, providing guidance and leadership as the business enters a period of significant change. Heading up the HR operations team of HR Advisors and HR Assistants, your focus will be to provide proactive HR generalist support to the business, focusing on employee relations, talent management, staff development, communications, change management, performance management and reward. You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with the COO, leading and delivering key strategic HR programmes to the business.

To be considered for this role you will need to have worked within a professional services / legal environment, be commercial, and have a hands-on operational approach to HR.
