Description
Our client, a professional services firm based in Central London, is currently recruiting a Senior Human Resources Manager for a 6-12 month maternity contract.Reporting directly into the Global HR Director, you will head up a team of HR Managers across EMEA and ensure they provide consistent, commercially focused and technically sound HR generalist support to their varied client groups. You will be responsible for the maintenance of a solid HR platform to support the growth of the business, and be instrumental in advising the business on organisational design, talent and succession planning, compensation, recruitment and training. You will be required to lead on change projects including restructurers, redundancies, TUPE and redeployment as well as mergers and acquisitions across EMEA.
The successful candidate will have a proven HR generalist background across EMEA and be an expert in employment law. Strong line management, relationship skills, initiative and attention to detail are essential for this opportunity as well as the ability to manage projects from start to finish in a demanding environment.
