My client, a global leader in its field, is currently seeking an Senior HR Manager - Site & Operations to join it's established team in Hampshire with 30% travel to a newly acquired site in West Sussex. Reporting to the UK HR Director this is an exciting time to join a business with significant growth plans.

The role will manage and undertake a comprehensive HR service to managers and employees, with particular responsibility for the Operations functions. However, the role will also be the strategic lead on HR across both sites, identifying and developing existing HR and people practices to improve effectiveness and comply with best practice.

Main responsibilities will include:

· Developing & implementing HR processes and strategies in collaboration with Site Leadership Team's to meet business needs
· Partnering with client group to influence decisions, and manage organisational and cultural change
· Managing and monitoring the performance management process ensuring appropriate plans are in place and providing support to managers
· Working with site management to embed the functional matrix and improve cross functional working
· Providing advice and guidance in handling complex employee relations cases
· Supporting managers to effectively communicate and engage with employees

The ideal candidate will be MCIPD qualified with broad senior operational HR experience and a proven track record working in a multi-site matrix environment. This will preferably be within a manufacturing environment, but experience in similar commercial environments may be considered.
