Job Title: Senior HRBP / HRBP

Location: London

Salary: £55-80K dependant on experience, plus excellent benefits

Position: Permanent

Exciting new role as a Senior HRBP / HRBP working in London for a global insurer on a permanent basis

The Role

• To building credibility and influencing management thinking
• Ensure that the HRBP teams are carrying out all aspects of their job sufficiently and correctly
• Provide strong employee relations support and ensure adherence to employment law and best practice
• Help provide support to managers on absence and capability issues, succession planning strategies and talent management
• Manage disciplinary/capability and grievance meetings
• Contribute / Lead on the development of HR strategy
• Provide support and guidance to individuals and management experiencing organisational change or exploring possible career changes
• Provide accurate and timely management information to HR Director and client group, highlighting trends, issues and potential impact on business.

The candidate

• Sound knowledge of HR practices / procedures and employment law
• High experience with in an HR Generalist role within the professional services industry will be an advantage
• Good organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks and deliverables
• Excellent management skills
