The Compliance Group (TCG) is a specialist provider of Employment Services throughout the UK offering highly specialised services including but not limited to HR Consulting, Systems, Solutions & Outsourcing. Due to our continued success and ambitious plans for expansion, we are looking for a number of Senior HR professionals to complement our growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience and will have developed a broad range of both strategic and operational HR skills. In addition you will have a demonstrable ability to build relationships with managers/directors and think and act both commercially, strategically and creatively. As a Senior HR Associate, you will be required to work in a range of roles either remotely or at the clients site including: Work with senior leadership teams or functional teams to define and deliver people strategies, plans and initiatives in support of Company values and business goals, ensuring compliance with legislation and minimizing risk in all people matters. Manage entirely or in part HR and change initiatives such as: Mergers & Acquisitions Outsourcing Restructures Organizational Design and Effectiveness Succession Planning Talent Management Performance Management Talent Acquisition Provide generalist advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR matters and ensure consistent application of such support in line with the clients people strategy. Provide managers with the skills and confidence to apply HR best practice and resolve HR issues in the workplace, within the employee legislative framework. You will be commercially astute, independent, self-motivated, flexible and keen to operate within a consultancy business environment whilst juggling the broad variety of work that this role brings.
