Due to continued growth and success we are now looking to bring in an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the IT recruitment sector building the division from the ground up. There will be huge scope for developing and growing this business sector which will inevitably lead to further promotion in the near future. We are looking for someone who is target-driven, money motivated and can work on their own initiative. Aston Jones has ambitious growth plans for the coming year so you will become an integral part of our business. Role responsibilities: B2B outbound cold calling to build your sales pipeline through cold calling, chasing warm leads and social mediaTaking full ownership of the IT recruitment sector, building the desk and growing it with the vision of taking on further staff and becoming a Team LeaderAchieving monthly revenue targets and working to deadlinesNegotiating terms of business with clients keeping a consultative sales approachSearching for candidates, matching them to roles and discussing and selling opportunities to themManaging the full sales process from sending CV, through interview stage, closing the deal and client account managementUpdating the CRM systemAttending client meetings and networking eventsKeeping up to date with market news Required skills and experience: Minimum of 12 months recruitment experience, specifically within the IT sector is essentialAn excellent sales track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targetsHighly motivated individual as this is a fast-paced sales environmentMust be looking for a career and not just another jobA strong work ethic with excellent self/disciplineA charismatic personality and someone who likes to have fun and work as part of a close-nit team What's on offer: Base salary of 22k with regular salary reviews based on performanceUncapped, unrivalled commission structure which is industry leading.
