My clients an exciting and leading Law Firm based in the City of London currently seek a Senior L&D Advisor/Assistant L&D Manager for a minimum period of 12month FTC, 45-50k.

This is a great opportunity to support this thriving organisation at a pivotal time in a varied and interesting role.

Working closely with the L&D Manager and wider HR team key responsibilities will cover:
- Business skills programmes design, development and delivery
- Policies & Agreements drafting and review
- Budget Management monitoring, planning and negotiating competitive rates
- Management management of the administrative function inclusive of two L&D administrators
- Online L&D Systems working with E-Learning Developer, managing L&D reports
- Project development and implementation
- Regulatory Compliance

In this solid L&D role the successful candidate will have the chance to delivery across the board in terms of L&D initiatives and will suit a string L&D Advisor/Junior L&D Manager/L&D Consultant who wants to take ownerships and responsibility within a great function and add value,

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Strong all round passionate L&D professional
Excellent communicator with flexible attitude to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Confident and commercial negotiator accustomed to liaising with third party suppliers
Line management experience highly advantageous
Professional services experience highly advantageous
