The position

This is a newly created position and exciting new opportunity to work within the Learning Solutions team of Executive Education. The Senior Manager, Coaching will be responsible for the management of the relationships with coaches including quality control, and the development of a pipeline of future talent to deliver on Exec Ed programmes that assures London Business School's place as a top 10 global business school.

This will involve ensuring the strategy for coaching is developed, implemented and revised according to School and Executive Education strategy which includes defining the coaching offering within Executive Education, ensuring our global footprint.

The department

Executive Education designs and delivers world-class management and leadership development programmes including a portfolio of over 20 Open Enrolment Programmes for individuals, and Customised programmes for global client organisations.  Executive Education accounts for approximately 45% of the School's total revenue and is a key part of the School's future strategic and growth plans.

The individual

The successful candidate will be an accredited Executive Coach with significant experience in Coaching and Talent Management. Including; learning and programme delivery principles, theory and practice. You will have strategic planning skills and experience, budget management and project management experience. Along with demonstrable outstanding relationship building skills with clients and suppliers.
