Managing a highly competent Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for driving strategic organisational change and business improvement through OD initiatives and strategies. These will include organisation-wide cultural change, performance improvement and organisational design. Working closely with the wider HR team and business, you will be instrumental in the full OD process from initial design through to implementation as well as being hands on with the delivery of the initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a broad OD background from design through to development within a financial services environment, and have managed projects through to completion. You must also have strong senior stakeholder management experience and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced matrix environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility are essential for this role as well as advanced knowledge of HR people strategy and employment legislation.
