Our client, a leading financial institution based in Canary Wharf, is currently recruiting for a Senior Organisational Development Manager to cover a maternity leave for 9-12 months.

Managing a highly competent Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for driving strategic organisational change and business improvement through OD initiatives and strategies. These will include organisation-wide cultural change, performance improvement and organisational design.
