I am currently seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter for my expanding and International Liverpool based client. This is initially a 2-3 month contract to help recruit senior and niche positions on a global basis.
Liaising with Senior stakeholders and managing their recruitment needs, you will be directly sourcing senior level positions in a consultative manner, working to robust procedures and KPI's.
This will suit someone with a solid skills base in internal recruitment who can work in an autonomous role and have experience of quickly building relationships at all levels and have an understanding/working knowledge of psychometric testing. You MUST have internal/in-house resourcing experience.
