As such this demanding role has responsibility for delivering successful resourcing to the business on a global basis - primarily focused on IT development and corporate functions staff, but operating as a key member of the senior resourcing team to provide coverage to all areas of the business.
This role is global in coverage, drawing support from recruiters and HR colleagues in the various regions the resourcing team deliver against ambitious growth targets in all areas of the business at all levels through both targeted and volume recruitment; you will take an active role in significantly increasing the proportion of direct recruitment (advertising led) that the function carries out, as well as deliver on global projects including systems improvement (Taleo) and effective PSL partnering/management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background of hands on delivery within in-house resourcing, in a complex global matrixed environment. Experience in the IT solutions sector and professional/financial services would be ideal as would international exposure to working in fast moving, demanding, metrics driven environment where delivery is key. You should have a commercial outlook and have the tenacity to drive initiatives through, together with a collegiate approach to quickly build relationships with colleagues and clients; and the drive and ambition to forge your career within the organisation.
