About you
You could be working for one of the larger recruitment multiples, or maybe for a smaller player in a specialist market. You're probably looking at where you are and thinking it's time to move on, to develop... and to receive a better reward for the value you bring.

You will have at least 2 years ideally more solid recruitment experience where both your sales and delivery skills have been put to the test. Your relationships with your clients and candidates alike will be strong and you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record (your P60) of successful fee generation. A proactive self starter you will have the drive and ability to take the business and your fees to new heights.

The role
We're looking to continue to grow our team by hiring exceptional recruitment professionals with both a proven track record of success and the capacity to develop further. You'll deliver to our clients within your core discipline, supplying both contract and permanent staff, and you'll own the relationships you forge. Using the most up to date recruitment technology, and with unrivalled access to recruitment media, marketing collateral and recruitment expertise you will help us further develop what is already a successful brand. And, importantly, you'll share in the success.
