Our Concept some 15 years ago:

Firstly, let me explain a little about our group of companies and our aims for the future.

Established in 2002 by directors having over 50 years combined experience with the temporary recruitment market, specifically within the Construction sector, we had a vision of improving contractor's perception of using agencies for additional labour, by having individual Labour Hire companies, specialising within specific areas of the construction arena.

We still very much believe in this concept, now having a group of companies, with a turnover of 9m, specialising within 5 specialist sectors, all connected to the Construction industry.

Alliance Workforce: Specialist Decorating Agency

Alliance Workforce Limited, our Decorating agency, concentrates on the supply of temporary contract Decorators, on an as required, hourly rate basis, providing close to 70 clients a week with over 220 Decorators each week.

We're very proud to have been a member of the Painting and Decorating Association since 2005 and have also just partnered with the Scottish Decorators Federation, working together to help Contractors working throughout Scotland.

But that's enough about us..what are we looking for?

Due to continued expansion, we now seek an experienced consultant interested in joining our fabulous existing team.

You will be able and more importantly, want to be hands on, in terms of working daily with the team, offering a first-class service to our clients, from initial sale through to completion of the temporary contract.

I guess you could call this a 360 role (although not my favourite saying). You will also have the experience and personality, to be able to help guide an existing team, leading from the front.

Drive, energy, a can do attitude, a people person, team player, with excellent time management skills are just some of the qualities that would help you be successful in this exiting role.

You will also need to have at least 3 years' experience within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment and welcome being able to work in a company that promotes autonomy, but with fantastic help and support from the directors.

Our vision is to grow both geographically and into further sectors achieving our 20-20-20 vision, of having a 20m turnover group of companies by October 1st 2020 and this role is key to helping us achieve that.
