We are recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the Sunday Times top 100 small companies to work for. Due to success and expansion, they are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in the Office/Professional services sector to take up position at their offices in Nottingham.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you must be an experienced recruiter who is confident and comfortable in all areas of the recruitment cycle from business development to resourcing candidates to entertaining clients.
Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant - sector not important - and will be driven to develop your desk and career with a growing company.
You will benefit from working for a well established company who have been around for more than 28 years in a flexible and "grown-up" working environment. Good activity levels are expected, but you will not be subjected to the usual micro-management, and you will be encouraged to develop your own networks through the appropriate channels.
- Taking a lead role in the development of an existing customer base
- Highly focused on increasing market share and exploring new opportunities
- You will also be responsible in part for the development of a trainee recruitment consultant.
