Due to some high profile contract wins and an increase in business, Westray Recruitment Consultants is looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant, to join our busy Commercial Division.
First things first however. We consider ourselves to be a Recruitment Consultancy not an "agency" and we are therefore looking for someone that understands the importance of consulting with both clients and candidates alike, regarding the recruitment landscape. You will be discussing the issues that are important to these stakeholders and then finding solutions to the issues ensuring a positive outcome at all times.

With the emphasis primarily focussed on permanent recruitment, you will have exceptional account management skills and be well acquainted with the "craft" of recruitment.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be able to manage your time effectively, in order to generate maximum revenue for your desk. You will gain exposure to a huge range of clients from different industry sectors and you should be able to adapt with ease from business to business and vacancy to vacancy.
Whilst we have a high volume of existing clients with whom you will be working, as with most recruitment roles, consultative sales will form part of your daily duties and this is something that you must embrace.
You will be joining a team of dedicated and experienced recruitment professionals and support staff, who will share their knowledge and expertise with you, as well as the roller coaster ride that the recruitment industry often provides! -You must be ambitious, articulate, and be able to work as a critical and key member of a tightly knit team.
-You will hold a full UK driving licence
-Basic Competitive salary + bonuses based upon success

-Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
