Senior Recruitment Officer (6 month FTC)
Berkshire
£35-40k pro rata

Our client is one of the most successful global health and well-being companies in the UK. Since 2002 they have been working in close partnership with all levels of the NHS, including Primary Care Trusts, Strategic Health Authorities, GP Commissioning Groups and the Department of Health. There is an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Officer to join their team of professionals.

The successful candidate will ideally be degree level educated, preferably with CIPD. They will be expected to have volume and pipeline recruitment experience which includes; solid understanding of the recruitment landscape (education system, qualifications, skill set requirements by division, etc), managing high volume candidate operations and working in a fast paced environment.

The organisation are seeking someone who; has strong presentation, sales and communication skills (written and verbal), has the proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams, possess strong commercial client driven skills, is a strong team player with positive personal impact, is creative, a strong influencer and highly credible. You will have operated ideally in the pharmaceutical or live sciences sector with total end to end recruitment process experience.
