Senior Recruitment Partner (initial FTC 10ths)

Our client is a well recognised leading brand within their field that are going through a large change / transformation program within their HR function. Due to this change they are looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Partner to help them design, deliver a new resourcing strategy as they move to this new model.
The role will be to maintain the smooth running of the recruitment processes and ensure that the organisation continues to attract, recruit and retain the best people across their very diverse population.
As part of the role you will be required to review and develop the graduate and intern recruitment programme; develop and improve the assessment centre process, implementing changes as appropriate.
This is a newly created role so requires a mindful, emotionally intelligent individual to work closely with senior level stakeholders along with the existing HR team to review current assessment methodology; developing and implementing new assessments where appropriate; monitoring and reporting on effectiveness.
The last part of the role is to review current attraction methods; again working with the current HR team to develop and implement attraction strategy making best use of media in all forms as appropriate to ensure that they continue to attract the brightest minds from a diverse pool.
