Senior EMEA Reward Consultant - Technology - Central London - 50,000 - 60,000 DOE + package. Our client is a globally recognised technology company based in Central London. The company has an outstanding reputation within the market and are considered to be one of the best players to work for. It also offers a platform for determined individuals to maximise their potential and grow organically within the business. They are seeking an experienced EMEA Reward Consultant to join the London office. The role will have a predominant focus on Compensation with a small amount of Benefits at a more basic level. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with the annual compensation review process for various client groups across the business. This will include working on different compensation programs, implementation projects, and budgeting.Take active involvement in the design and development of the companies short and long term incentive plans.Analyse salaries and incentives to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness.Manage the compensation proposals for global mobility moves into EMEA regionDeveloping effective C&B communication across the business units in EMEA.Work with the Compensation Director to provide robust Compensation solutions across the EMEA business units.Managing all aspects of Benefits administration across EMEA.Coordinating with the Total Reward function on the management and delivery of cyclical Reward activities e.g. benefits renewal, managing flexible benefit programs, pay and benefit surveys, development of salary ranges, total reward education Key skills Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits with a focus on the EMEA region.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer management skills.Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks/projects/relationships in a highly matrixed environment.
