Senior Trainee Recruitment OfficerMidlands
£35-40k + bens
Our client is a leading Professional Services firm providing, amongst others - Audit & Assurance, Business Risk, Corporate Finance and Performance Improvement advice to the Consumer Markets, Real Estate, Technology and Media Sectors, to name but a few. As they embark on a large change agenda, there is an opportunity for a Senior Trainee Recruitment Officer to join at a crucial stage of a global transformation project.
The purpose of the experienced hire recruitment team is to identify and attract the best talent in the market to the organisation, through the provision of a cost-effective and innovative recruitment and selection service to local offices. The post holder will be expected to deliver distinctive client service, be responsible for hiring top quality talent and drive the campus and school leaver strategy at institutions in their region.
The successful candidate will ideally be degree level educated, preferably with CIPD. They will be expected to have volume graduate and pipeline programme recruitment experience which includes; solid understanding of the graduate recruitment landscape (education system, qualifications, skill set requirements by division, etc), managing high volume candidate operations and working in a fast paced environment. The organisation are seeking someone who; has strong presentation, sales and communication skills (written and verbal), has the proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams, possess strong commercial client driven skills, is a strong team player with positive personal impact, is creative, a strong influencer and highly credible.
Previous experience of a Partnership / Professional Services environments is preferred, as the ability to operate and be successful within a global matrixed environment.
