Following the re-structure and continued expansion of their Sales and Service Operations our Client has created a new Training function to design, implement and develop a new portfolio of training programmes to support the service strategy.
The organisation are exceptionally customer centric and through their Training function want to give all employees the tools, behaviours and desire to be customer advocates in all they undertake.
You would be working as part of a new team for a progressing and forward thinking Telecoms company looking to re-design and implement a customer services and sales training strategy.
You will have experience of a number of learning interventions and have an understanding of the impact different solutions can have to different audiences and training needs.
There will be a small element of product training however the majority of your role will be focused on the design and development of soft skill and behavioural training programmes.
Each person will be given autonomy to work closely with your key operational stakeholders and central HR colleagues to support your business functions with a range of blended learning tools.
The Client are passionate about delivering service standards to customers through effective learning. The successful people will be comfortable working across the full training cycle and will be highly regarded by peers for creative and innovative design and delivery.
