Are you an innovative and forward thinking Talent Attraction Manager looking for an exciting challenge?? I have a fantastic opportunity with one of the fastest growing digital media Companies in the UK. The role is based in Manchester and will be ideal for a Recruitment Manager who can successfully deliver recruitment operations and strategy in a fast paced and vibrant environment. As the Company is rapidly growing the Talent Attraction Manager must be a self-starter, innovative, tenacious and passionate about digital media.To be considered for this role you will be a master multitasker with prior experience of working within an 'in-house' recruitment team, managing people and handling a high volume of vacancies; ensuring that the recruitment delivery process is highly efficient and exceeds business demands. You will also have solid experience of formulating and implementing recruitment strategy which will include employer branding initiatives and talent pipelining drives.
