Are you a recruiter/sales professional looking for a change of career? Do you have an interest in Learning and Development?Independent Clinical Services is one of the UK?s leading healthcare staffing providersWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Consultant to join our growing team working within our HR Division focusing on the on boarding and up skilling of new and existing employees across our business.This position will be based at our Grays Inn Road, London offices.At a glanceTo support the ICS Groups commitment to enhancing on-boarding and up-skilling new and existing employees, you will be responsible for identifying learning and development needs across our business focusing on your designated departments and locations, recommending and executing solutions and training.You will be involved in employee inductions, on boarding of new starters, delivering workshop and one to one training initiatives. Key Tasks include* Promoting the talent development function to the business* Travel to various locations within your region ensuring a presence within the departments, working with managers and employees to build relationships* Identifying training needs for existing and new employees across the business* Ensure delivery of set courses for new hires, existing employees and management level employees* Deliver training both one to one and also to groups of employees when executing training workshops* Working together with managers and HR function to measure retention of talent across the business* Project management of design of new training resources and updates to existing training material* Ensuring training facilities and equipment are fit for purposeAbout you The ideal candidate will have ideally worked within a sales, Recruitment or training environment, this role would ideally suit an agency or in house recruiter looking to progress within the training and development side of HR, or perhaps you have already worked within a role focused on Training and Development of staff within a business.The ability to be able to present to large and small audiences is essential, with the ability to prioritise and organise your workload. You will possess excellent communication skills, be self motivated and driven.
