Talent Network Executive - Ortus Specialist HR Recruitment

An international learning consultancy is looking for an experienced L&D / Talent professional to join them as a Talent Networks Executive. This is a permanent position based in a great location at their central London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to an international market to source and support the development of high caliber coaches. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, conducting interviews and assessments, carrying out the on-boarding process and providing ongoing development support to coaches. Creating reports and carrying out data analyses will be a significant part of this role and requires an analytical take on recruitment, L&D and Talent management. This role also offers involvement in global Resourcing campaigns.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with significant experience of working within an HR, Learning & Development or Talent function within a fast paced environment. Experience of interviewing and assessing potential candidates, as well as managing projects is vital for this role. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships rapidly.
