Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR department of a prestigious media organisation based in London. As Talent Operations Advisor, you will report into the Head of Talent Operations. The main purpose of this role will be to support and assist the implementation of the evaluation strategy and framework for development and leadership programmes.
Other key accountabilities of this role will to work closely with the Head of Talent Management and Talent Development to understand and implement evaluation strategies which will measure the impact of leadership and talent initiatives on overall business performance. In addition you will ensure that evaluation strategies are defined and that they have measurable success criteria. You will also work closely with the Talent Operations Manager to maintain and recruit a Trainer pool which will cater for all business requirements.
Another important aspect of this role will be to provide regular reporting to preferred suppliers on trainer performance as well as conducting trainer observation. You will also be required to supply management reporting in relation to performance ratings and to measure the impact of training on business performance. The role will also give you the opportunity to fully participate in the development of policies, processes and solutions which will contribute to the overall development of the business and culture of the organisation.
The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge in data analysis, report interpretation, report creation and the training cycle. You will ideally have a certificate in Training Practice or an equivalent Learning & Development qualification. Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment will be an advantage. The ability to build effective relationships will also be essential along with strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
