TALENT MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT LEAD

Our client, a widely recognised financial institution is looking to recruit a Talent Management professional to join their team in London.

The successful candidate will be involved in the group-wide business Academy, with a particular focus on Talent and Performance Management.

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide oversight and management in the business Performance Management, Succession Planning and Senior Talent programmes.
  • Support group-wide Learning and Development programmes.
  • Deliver strategic input and execute initiatives around their Business Academy.
  • Delivering high-potential programmes

Core competencies:

  • Demonstrable Talent and Learning experience
  • Performance management experience is a prerequisite.
  • Minimum degree level education
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commercial acumen
